Candidate account data (name, email and language), enrolment and progress, assessment answers and results, certification decisions and evidence, badge or certificate identifiers, security logs and support exchanges. Sensitive data is not requested by default.
Create and secure the account, deliver learning, conduct assessment, check identity and anomalies, make a human decision, issue and verify credentials, handle appeals, provide support and improve the pilot through limited statistics.
Only data necessary for those purposes should be collected. BMC2Green AI makes no certification decision. A generated suggestion without a source remains a hypothesis until human review.
Draft for review: technical logs for 90 days; detailed pilot answers for 12 months after analysis; inactive accounts for 24 months after the last activity; credential metadata for its validity plus up to 3 years for audit, appeals and fraud prevention. Legal duties may require different periods.
Access is limited to authorised Certi-Green staff and providers essential to hosting and support. No sale of data or behavioural advertising is planned. Hosting location, processors and transfer safeguards must be documented before production.
Individual access, least privilege, HTTPS, backups, logging, environment separation, updates and incident procedures. No system can be represented as entirely risk-free.
Depending on applicable law: information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Requests may be sent to the contact above. Proportionate identity evidence may be required to protect the record. Candidates may also contact the competent supervisory authority.
