These rules apply to the closed GBMC pilot cohort. The session invitation restates the applicable conditions and any authorised accommodation.

Accounts are personal. Candidates must use their real identity and protect their access. A proportionate identity check may take place before certification.
Permitted resources
Unless the invitation states otherwise, the exam is individual and closed-resource: no documents, search engines, messaging, human assistance or AI tools. Approved accessibility accommodations are communicated before the session.
Conduct & integrity
Candidates must not copy, photograph, record, distribute or reconstruct questions; communicate with third parties; use another account; or attempt to bypass the platform. Anomalies are reviewed before sanctions.
Technical incident
Candidates report incidents immediately and do not restart without instruction. Technical logs are reviewed. Reopening is granted only when a documented incident may have affected fairness.
Result & decision
An automated score alone is not certification. An authorised manager reviews identity, result, evidence and anomalies. The badge is awarded manually and remains valid for 24 months.
Failure & retake
No retake is automatic. Result review and remediation may be required before further authorisation. Conditions are communicated in writing.
Appeals
A reasoned request may be filed within 15 calendar days of the decision. Someone who did not make the initial decision reviews it and provides a documented response.
Suspension or revocation
Proven fraud, a material error or misleading use may lead to suspension or revocation. The holder is informed of the reason and may use the appeal process.
These rules are published in pre-production for transparency. They require legal and operational approval before commercial launch.
